Rise for baby and family will host Toddlerfest on Saturday, Aug. 9, from 10 a.m. to noon at Adams Playground, 71 Union St., Peterborough, in the pavilion area.
The free outdoor event will feature bubbles, outdoor games, creative play, crafts and snacks for young children. Activities are designed for toddlers, and the event will be held rain or shine. It is sponsored by Douglas Cuddle Toys.
Rise provides early intervention services to children from birth to age 3 in the Monadnock Region who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services include speech, occupational and physical therapy, counseling and educational support. All services are provided in the childโs home at no cost to families.
Toddlerfest has been held in Keene for many years. This marks the first time it will also take place in Peterborough.
