Hancock Town Library, 25 Main St., will offer a beginner mah jongg class on Tuesdays, March 11 and 18 and April 1 and 8, from 3 to 5 p.m.
Taught by retired educators Diane Goodman and Deborah LeBlanc, the four-session class will introduce players to the basics of American mahjongg. Class size is limited to eight participants. The recommended book for the course is “A Beginner’s Guide to American Mah Jongg” by Elaine Sandberg.
