To the editor:
I want to thank Bill Chatfield and the Peterborough Poetry Project for organizing the Peterborough Book Fair, which was held at the town Community Center on May 12.
As a result of that event, a $971 contribution has been made from the Poetry Project to the Peterborough Library campaign. We are grateful.
The Book Fair was fun and attracted numerous vendors and shoppers. A poetry contest was held for kids, and history buff Tracy Messer made a cameo appearance as Calvin Coolidge. I’m looking forward to next year.
