Cheshire Superior Court indictments for December

A Jaffrey man has been indicted on five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault at the Cheshire Superior Court last month.

Jason Wilbur, 44, allegedly assaulted a female under the age of 13 between June 1, 2002 and May 30, 2007.

Each special felony-level charge covers one year’s time. The female was 4-years-old when the alleged assault began.

Other indictments include:

William Thomas, 37, of Nashua, was indicted on one count of change of registration information: duty to inform.

Thomas is said to have not reported a change in his residence within five business days after moving from Jaffrey to Nashua.

Thomas was previously convicted for duty to inform in March of 2015 and in September of 2013.

Zachary Cormier, 28, of Rindge, was indicted on a felony-level count of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor-level three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
