The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) found no violations after an inspection of EMD Millipore Corporation in Jaffrey last month.

An OSHA inspection was conducted after an employee was injured after taking a fall on the job in September, according to Millipore spokesperson Rachel Bloom-Baglin on Monday.

The employee was taken to a local hospital after the fall, Bloom-Baglin said.

Bloom-Baglin would not speak to the employee’s injures more specifically, nor would she comment whether the employee has returned to work – citing privacy considerations for the employee on both occasions.

An inspection was launched on Sept. 10, according to the case’s inspection detail listed on the OSHA website. The case was closed on Nov. 6.

EMD Millipore is a life sciences instrument manufacturing center located at 11 Prescott Road in Jaffrey.

This is the only OSHA inspection listed for the Jaffrey-based manufacturing center dating back to at least Dec. 10, 2013, according to the OSHA website.
