Jimmy Stewart’s eight goals helped ConVal overcome an early deficit at Lebanon and pull off a 17-7 victory. The Cougars were down 4-1 after the first quarter before opening the second on an 8-0 run.
“I think they are starting to find their groove,” said head coach Bob Taylor.
Jake Phillips scored four times as well.
ConVal (2-0) travels to Pelham (3-0) Friday at 4 p.m.
