Jason Bergeron of Dublin has been selected for membership into the St. Lawrence University chapter of Pi Mu Epsilon, the mathematics honorary society.
Bergeron is a member of the Class of 2025 and is majoring in mathematics and psychology.
To be eligible for membership, students must have a grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 in mathematics and overall. Students must also complete the equivalent of two semesters of calculus and two additional courses in mathematics, at or above the calculus level, all of which lead to the fulfillment of the requirements for a major in the mathematical sciences.
