The Contoocook Housing Trust elected its leadership for the coming year during its annual meeting at the Peterborough Public Library.
Christine Lavery was elected president, Arthur Pope as vice president, Mike Justason as treasurer, and Janet McEwen as secretary. Elisabeth Ogden continues as executive director, a role she has held since 2023.
Over its 36-year history, the trust has provided affordable housing for more than 500 families across 14 properties containing 54 units, charging rents average 48% below fair market rent.
