The United Church of Jaffrey will host a free community supper Thursday, Jan. 22, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., featuring a “make your own rice bowl” meal.

The supper will be held in Cutter Parish Hall at 54 Main St. A variety of toppings will be offered, along with beverages and dessert.

The event is an MLK National Day of Service project organized by Girl Scout Troop 59095 and students from the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Interact program.

The supper is open to the public. Donations will be accepted.
