The First Amendment is trampled
The First Amendment is trampled in Trump’s America! I have been “Zucked,” all my META accounts are suspended, no Instagram, Facebook, Messenger or Threads. I was notified that a post “violated community standards,” but not what post, and that my accounts were suspended. Mind you, I am a 72-year-old retired English teacher; I am sure none of my posts were anywhere near as bad as what Trump constantly posts. I was told I could appeal but to do so I must submit a video selfie of my face, turning so all angles could be seen. I won’t do that and deleted those apps. I will miss keeping in touch with family and many former students. I will miss Mother Hubbard’s menus, St. Vincent DePaul, and Buy Nothing New Ipswich. Any friends who see this, please let people know why I am gone and that I am on Bluesky and Substack.
