Not the job
In his Sept. 29 letter, Mr. Schechter praises State Representative Jonah Wheeler for his courage in promulgating his own views. He ignores the fact that this is not the job for which Mr. Wheeler was elected. He was elected to represent and promote the views of the Democratic voters of Peterborough and Sharon, a duty which he has failed to fulfill. That is why we plan to replace him in November.
