What I want from politicians

This is in response to the letter: What Do We Want from Politicians posted on 9/28/26. The letter stated that Jonah Wheeler voted with his party 75 to 80% of the time and was heckled by his party constituents when he voted against transgender rights. As a parent of a transgender person, I believe my child should have the same rights as everyone else. The writer of the letter espouses Rep. Wheeler as voting his conscience and listening to concerned parents. On the contrary, Rep. Wheeler refused to hear my concerns as a parent of a transgender person. In fact, not only did he try to get me kicked out of a public hearing at the state legislative building earlier this year, but Rep. Wheeler also worked with out-of-state anti-transgender activists and grifters to affect our New Hampshire laws. Do you want out-of-state people coming to New Hampshire to affect our laws? What I want from politicians is representatives who vote for the equality and dignity of all New Hampshire citizens.
