Emilia Poehlman has been appointed to the Crotched Mountain Foundation Board of Directors, where she will support the organization’s special education initiatives across under-resourced communities.

Poehlman currently serves as a program manager for the New Hampshire Disability and Health Program at the University of New Hampshire Institute on Disability. Her background includes coordinating with state and national health agencies and medical professional organizations, as well as expertise in program evaluation and data collection.

Her experience in data-driven programming will support the foundation’s CMF Kids initiative, which uses regional trends and data to improve outcomes for special education programs. Poehlman holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Social Work from the Columbia School of Social Work.
