The Rindge Conservation Commission will host a presentation by author and film producer Dayton Duncan on Thursday, Sept. 24, at 6:30 p.m. at Cathedral of the Pines, 10 Hale Hill Road in Rindge.
Duncan, a Rindge resident known for his collaborative documentary work with Ken Burns, will present “Our Natural Heritage: Stories of Everyday People Who Made a Difference,” focusing on how citizens have helped preserve national parks, wildlife, and natural resources.
The event is free and open to the public.
The commission will also host its final event of the year, a Fall Foliage hike, on Sunday, Oct. 18, at 1:30 p.m. at Converse Meadow. For more information, email rindgeconcom@rindgenh.gov.
