The Hope for Gus Foundation will host “Moving Mountains for Duchenne,” a fundraising hike, on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 10 a.m. at the Crotched Mountain Accessible Trails, 1 Verney Drive in Greenfield.
The family-friendly event features a wheelchair-accessible hike of up to nearly four miles. Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to walk, roll, or cheer to raise funds and awareness for Duchenne muscular dystrophy research. The event will also include food and music.
Proceeds support the Peterborough-based Hope for Gus Foundation.
