The Peterborough Town Library will host “Long Term Care: The Gift You Give Your Family,” a presentation led by financial professional Kathryn Ruuska, on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the library’s Eben Jones Classroom.
Ruuska will offer options to lessen financial risk, preserve assets, and potentially help individuals remain in their homes longer.
“Long term care can be a huge financial and emotional burden to any family,” Ruuska said. “Planning ahead to reduce the stress and costs associated with end-of-life care is truly a gift to not only your loved ones but preserves your memory as well.”
The program is free and open to the public.
