Peterborough will host its First Friday community event on Sept. 4, featuring shopping, new art exhibits, live music, and dining options across downtown.
Live music by Dragonfly will take place outside in Depot Square from 5 to 7 p.m., moving to the Mariposa Museum in the event of rain. MacDowell Downtown will host an artist presentation at Bass Hall in the Monadnock Center for History and Culture, with doors opening at 7 p.m. and the program beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Participating local businesses, galleries, and venues include Blue Fern Gallery, Hearth Magick, Meshugenah Hat Company, Monadnock Country Club, and Tria Yoga. Parking throughout downtown is free.
