Frederick “Dan” Paro, Jr.

Hancock, NH – Frederick Daniel Paro, Jr., 71, passed away peacefully at home after battling a brief illness. Born in Nashua, NH, he lived in Greenfield, NH until moving to Hancock, NH with his wife Barbara (Gilbert), to whom he was married for 47 years. He attended schools in Greenfield and Peterborough, graduating with ConVal’s class of 1972. An Electrician by trade and supporter of rocking in the free world at heart. He enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, live music, and long Sunday drives with the catch of his life in his free time.

Pre-deceased by his parents, Frederick, Sr and Muriel Paro.

He is survived by his wife Barbara. His daughters Sara (Ben) Hardwick and Jessica Paro. His grandchildren Hannah, Hailey, Hunter, Hazel and Holden Hardwick. His sister Catherine (Clifford) Shaw and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Greenvale Cemetery on September 18th at 10:00 AM, followed immediately by a celebration of life at the Greenfield, NH Meeting House. Casual Attire (Tie-Dye, Tropical Shirts, etc.) is encouraged.
