Peterborough Folk Music will present saxophone player Paul Klemperer and his New Hampshire band on Saturday, Aug. 22, for an outdoor concert titled “The Music That Speaks For Us.”
The performance takes place at Deb McWethy’s yard in Harrisville. A community potluck begins at 5 p.m., followed by the concert at 5:45 p.m. Doors open 15 minutes before each portion of the event.
Klemperer, joined by a quartet featuring drums, bass, guitar, and saxophone, will present a musical travelogue through U.S. history, interpreting songs of social commentary through a jazz lens.
