RODE Architects has named longtime team members Ben Wan and Jessica Haley as partners, marking the first expansion of the firm’s ownership group as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Wan, who was RODE’s first employee and became a principal in 2023, has led work on projects including the 52 New Street affordable housing development, the CommonWealth Kitchen Food Incubator, and the Appalachian Mountain Club’s new headquarters.
Haley, a Peterborough native who serves as principal and director of interior design, has spent 13 years building the Boston-based firm’s hospitality and interior design practice. Her work includes the Brant Point Grill at White Elephant, the Cambria Hotel Boston, and 1515 Commonwealth.
Both Wan and Haley will continue leading their respective practices while helping guide the firm’s long-term growth alongside co-founders Eric Robinson and Kevin Deabler.
