The Dublin Planning Board visited a site applying for a simple two-lot subdivision on Tuesday.
Located in the rural district, the applicants are requesting a subdivision of 12 acres to separate two homes on the property at 225 Old Harrisville Road.

While both homes have their own septic, the board members had questions about the location of the septic in relation to the proposed lines.
During the discussion, Board Chair Archie McIntyre pointed out the homes are surrounded by wetlands and have a total of six wells on the whole property.
The board also proposed outlining a maintenance agreement for the owners.
As shown on the map, the applicant requests two easements to allow access to both houses, while they both already have their own driveways.
“This is a pretty straightforward situation, it seems to me,” McIntyre said.
This plan will be further discussed at the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. on Thursday, July 16.
