Monadnock region tenor Philip Lauriat will present a recital titled “Journeys” on Wednesday, June 24, at 7 p.m. at Temple Congregational Church.

The program will feature Ralph Vaughan Williams’ “Songs of Travel,” based on poems by Robert Louis Stevenson, Gabriel Fauré’s “L’Horizon Chimérique,” and other selections. Lauriat will be accompanied by pianist Brian Moll, chair of vocal and keyboard studies at Longy School of Music.

Lauriat has more than 35 years of experience as a singer, conductor, producer and stage director. He has performed with opera companies throughout the country and served as artistic director of Granite State Opera for 10 years.

Moll performs and teaches internationally and has worked with organizations including Boston Lyric Opera, Boston Baroque and the Handel & Haydn Society.
