Allen Davis of Dublin is running for state representative for Rindge, Jaffrey and Dublin in Cheshire County District 18.
Davis said his campaign will focus on affordability, education and opportunity. He said he supports increasing affordable housing, boosting state funding for public schools, reducing electricity costs, preventing costs from being shifted to local taxpayers and helping residents prepare for retirement.
Davis has worked as an executive director for nonprofit organizations and as an administrator and teacher at schools and colleges. He said he wants to hear directly from residents about their concerns and priorities.
Davis enjoys hiking, music, supporting local businesses and spending time with his family dog, Paisley.
