The George Holmes Bixby Memorial Library will host a program on raised bed gardening Wednesday, May 20, at 6 p.m.

The program will cover how raised bed gardening can provide solutions where traditional garden beds are not practical, along with the advantages and disadvantages of raised beds, site options, soil selection and ways to address pests and plant diseases.

The presentation will be led by a UNH master gardener.

The library is located at 52 Main St. in Francestown.
