Kimmi Leone, a seventh grader at Conant Middle School, earned first place in the seventh-grade division of the New Hampshire Daughters of the American Revolution History Essay and Video Contest.
Leone was recognized alongside other essay winners from across New Hampshire during a ceremony Saturday, May 2, in Nashua.
