A missing Richmond woman was found safe Thursday afternoon following a large-scale search involving multiple agencies.
Sheri Reynolds, 64, was reported missing April 15 after a family member noticed her absence around 8:30 a.m. New Hampshire State Police began an initial search in the area around her home, later requesting assistance from New Hampshire Fish and Game conservation officers.
Search efforts expanded April 16, with personnel from numerous local, regional and out-of-state agencies assisting. Crews used K-9 units, drones and all-terrain vehicles to search the area.
Reynolds was located at approximately 1:48 p.m. in a wooded area a short distance from her residence by members of the Upper Valley Wilderness Response Team and New Hampshire Fish and Game.
She was found unharmed and was transported by Cheshire County EMS to a hospital as a precaution.
