Students at Highbridge Hill Elementary School put their creativity to use last week during an “Empty Bowls” fundraiser supporting the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry in Greenville.
In art class, students crafted ceramic bowls that were later featured at a school ice cream party on Wednesday. Families were invited to purchase their child’s bowl for $5 and have it filled with ice cream, with proceeds benefiting the food pantry.
