Peterborough Town Library will offer several free wellness programs in March.
An โIntroduction to Ayurveda and Seasonal Nutritionโ workshop will be held Thursday, March 19, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as part of the Peterborough Presents series. Led by Aggeliki, a certified yoga therapist and Ayurvedic practitioner, the session will explore seasonal routines, with a focus on spring and how diet and daily habits support digestion, immunity and overall well-being.
Art & Sound Healing for adults and teens will take place Saturday, March 28, at 11:30 a.m. The program combines intuitive art-making and a restorative sound bath led by Julie Burke and Tracie Smith.
Morning Meditation with Abhai Raj meets the second and fourth Wednesdays at 11 a.m., including March 11 and March 25. Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Michelle Dunn will meet Thursday, March 19, at 6 p.m.
