Two women were taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 101 and Brush Road/Route 137 in Dublin on Feb. 27.
The collision occurred at approximately 10:51 a.m. when a blue 2020 Subaru Outback driven by Laura Apple, 75, of Harrisville, collided with a silver 2017 Kia Sorento operated by Lois Lundsted, 82, of Rindge. Both women were alone in their vehicles at the time of the crash.
Although neither driver appeared to be injured at the scene, Peterborough Ambulance transported Apple to Monadnock Community Hospital and Lundsted to Cheshire Medical Center for further evaluation, according to Dublin Police Chief Tim Suokko.
Dublin Police and Fire Departments, along with Peterborough Fire & Rescue, responded to the rollover crash. Suokko said the cause remains under investigation.
โBut it appears one of the vehicles failed to stop at an intersection, struck the other, and then rolled over onto its roof,โ he said.
Brush Brook Road was closed while Gauthier Auto Services recovered the vehicles.
