Peterborough, NH – Kathleen F. Caisse, 83 of Peterborough, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026.
Born on March 20, 1942, in Fitchburg MA, she was the daughter of Israel H and Evelyn (Tower) Vadney. She grew up in Townsend, MA and her family moved to Francestown in 1957, where she graduated from the Peterborough High School class of 1960.
Kathleen worked at Peterborough Savings Bank for 28 years, and most recently she retired from the Peterborough SAU#1, in 2013 after 15 years. In her retirement years she enjoyed reading and making puzzles. She also enjoyed going to concerts on the common, watching old movies and going to the Peterborough Players with family and friends.
Kathleen is survived by her siblings Stella Borneman and Herbert (Karen) Vadney; her brother-in-law Albert (Jeanne) Caisse; her children; Debora Fournier, Donald Caisse, Gregory Caisse, and Scott Caisse. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Brittany, Courtney and Curtis Fournier, Garrett Caisse and Bryce Campbell-Caisse, 6 great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Donald Caisse.
A graveside service will be held Friday, May 15, 2026, at 1:00pm in St. Peter’s Cemetery, High Street, Peterborough, NH 03458.
