The Jaffrey Civic Center will host Dr. Vache Hambardzumyan at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6, for the fourth talk in the fifth season of โ€œStories to Share.โ€ His presentation is titled โ€œCurrent State-of-the-Art of Orthopedic and Spine Surgery.โ€

Hambardzumyan is an orthopedic surgeon at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough. He earned his medical degree at Yerevan State Medical University in Armenia and has practiced medicine in Germany, Russia, Qatar, and U.S. cities including Baltimore and Providence. Since joining Monadnock Community Hospital in 2022, he has performed more than 200 minimally invasive spine surgeries. His areas of expertise include orthopaedic trauma, spinal surgery, reconstructive and pediatric orthopedics, limb lengthening, and deformity correction.
