Monadnock Community Hospital will host a free Health & Wellness Seminar, โFrom Plate to Progress: Nutrition Strategies for PCOS,โ on Thursday, Jan. 22, at 5:30 p.m. in the Bond Wellness Center Conference Room in Peterborough.
The program will be led by registered dietitians Kaitlyn McCarthy, RDN, CDCES, and Whitney Hightower, MS, RDN, LD, and will focus on evidence-based nutrition strategies for managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Topics include the impact of dietary patterns on hormone balance, blood sugar management, meal planning tips, lifestyle approaches to improve energy and overall well-being, and the role of small, consistent changes in long-term health.
The seminar is open to individuals living with PCOS, family members, and anyone interested in nutrition and womenโs hormonal health.
