Temple Elementary School continued its long-standing tradition of hosting a Thanksgiving Feast for the senior citizens of Temple on the Thursday before Thanksgiving.

This event was made possible through the support of the Temple Recreation Department, which funded and shopped for all of the food, as well as the support of TES parents and community members who roasted the turkeys, prepared mashed potatoes, baked sweet bread, and helped fourth-grade students serve the seniors.
