The Town of Peterborough marked Veterans Day 2025 with a series of observances, including a service at All Saints Church led by the Rev. Jennifer Walters, a wreath-laying ceremony at the Contoocook River, a procession down Main Street, and a ceremony at the Peterborough Town House.

Participating in this yearโ€™s parade were members of Cheney-Armstrong American Legion Post 5, led by Commander Wayne Thomas; members of the Monadnock Squadron of the U.S. Navy Sea Cadets; the South Meadow Middle School band; and scouts from American Heritage Girls Troop 905 and Trail Life Troop 0602.
