One night, Elliot woke up and heard a loud bang! So, slowly, he turned with his heart pumping and he saw….nothing. So he went to the front door and opened it and walked outside. He started to walk towards where he heard the bang. When he was almost there he saw a small white note on the ground. The note was written on dirty, crumpled paper. In a very scratchy writing, it said, “Elliot, meet me at the playground tomorrow.” The next morning he went to the playground. In the distance, he saw a tall figure with strange eyes. The figure walked, no, glided to him. It reached out its bony fingers and grabbed him. Elliot’s blood-curdling scream echoed through the empty playground. But he woke up inside!
