Savings Bank of Walpole will host a free seminar on accessory dwelling unit or ADU construction financing on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 5:30–7 p.m., at 84 Marlboro St., Keene. The bank’s construction lending team will outline what qualifies as an ADU, the benefits of ADUs and the financing and construction process.
