Maureen J. Zina
Greenville, NH – Maureen J. Zina, 85, of Greenville, NH, passed away
peacefully on Saturday, September 13, 2025. She was born on August 10,
1940, in Worcester, MA, the daughter of Beatrice (Daoust) and Joseph
Levins.
Maureen was a member of Greenville, NH American Legion Auxiliary. She
joined on October 1, 1987, and had been a member of Bent-Burke Post
Unit 10 since March 11, 2020. She enjoyed going on motorcycle rides,
eating lobster and drinking White Russians. She enjoyed travelling and
loved going to Plum Island with her sister. She loved spending time
with her family and cherished the time she got to spend with her
grandchildren.
She is survived by her son Tony Zina and his wife Kristy of
Greenville, NH; her daughters Corrine Beausoleil and her husband David
of New Ipswich, NH, Edna Coates of Greenville, NH, Maureen
Vaillancourt of Mason, NH; her brother Frederick Shea of Holyoke, MA;
her sisters Linda During of Northborough, MA, Jo-Anne Wazlowski of
Lewis, Delaware; her grandchildren Morgan Hughgill (Zina), Jacob Zina,
Shea Zina, Hannah Zina, Joseph Vaillancourt, Benjamin Vaillancourt,
Gerry Vaillancourt and Kelsi Somero, Kristy Meedzan, Brie-Anna Coates;
her great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Ty, Indie, Toryn, Teagan, Weston, and
Scott.
She is predeceased by her brother Richard Shea, her sister Carole
Akroyd and longtime partner Al Nesbit.
Family and friends are warmly welcomed to attend calling hours at the
Michaud Funeral Home, 32 Maple St. Wilton, NH, on Friday, September
19, 2025, from 3 PM-5 PM. A service will be held at 4:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to
the Wilton NH American Legion.
