Braver Angels will host a Common Ground Workshop on Saturday, Sept. 20, from noon to 5 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Peterborough, bringing together conservatives and progressives to explore shared solutions on climate, energy and the economy.
The structured workshop emphasizes listening and understanding rather than debate, aiming to move participants beyond partisan positions.
Braver Angels uses conflict-resolution techniques to help participants identify shared values, concerns and policies. Past workshops have led to community initiatives, bipartisan letters to officials and lasting cross-party relationships.
