Dr. Shawn Harrington has graduated from the 2025 New Hampshire Physician Leadership Development Program, a two-year initiative preparing physicians for leadership roles in health care.
The statewide two-year program, created by the New Hampshire Medical Society, the New Hampshire Hospital Association and the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College, prepares physicians for leadership roles through case-based learning in leadership, communication and management.
Harrington, a board-certified physiatrist with Monadnock Orthopaedic Associates, was one of six physicians honored at the May 7 ceremony. He specializes in non-surgical treatments for musculoskeletal conditions and has more than 25 years of clinical experience.
