The Kiwanis Club of Peterborough will hold a yard sale Saturday, Aug. 23, from 8 to 11 a.m. at 118 Union St., rain or shine.
Items include books, CDs, DVDs, TVs, furniture, kitchenware, home décor, lamps, artwork, outdoor and sports gear, tools, toys and garden items.
All proceeds benefit local programs for children and families. Since October, the club has donated more than $35,000 to area organizations.
