Belletetes is partnering with the New Hampshire Retail Lumber Association to launch a statewide food drive throughout August.

The initiative will benefit the New Hampshire Food Bank and aims to support families in need by collecting non-perishable food items at Belletetes locations and other participating lumberyards across the state.

Collection bins will be available at all nine Belletetes locations in New Hampshire, including Jaffrey and Peterborough.

โ€œThe past two years, Belletetes has donated over 40,000 pounds of food in September to the New Hampshire Food Bank,โ€ stated Sara Belletete, vice president of branch development at Belletetes and president of the NHRLA. โ€œWe are proud to expand that effort this August in collaboration with other NHRLA members. This food drive gives us all a chance to make a real difference for our neighbors in need.โ€

In addition to food donations, monetary contributions are also welcomed and can be made online or at participating lumberyards. All donations will help the New Hampshire Food Bank support over 400 partner agencies statewide.

โ€œThe NHRLA is excited to join Belletetes in this meaningful cause,โ€ stated Belletete. โ€œFood insecurity impacts many families in our communities, and we are grateful for the support of businesses and individuals willing to help.โ€
