Rich Bardellini has been named president of New Hampshire Ball Bearings Inc., which took effect July 1. He succeeds Dan Lemieux, who will remain with the company in an advisory role during the transition.
Bardellini joined the company in 1993 as an associate research-and-development engineer, and most recently served as executive vice president. He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering technology from the University of New Hampshire and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Six Sigma Qualtec.
“Rich’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for our company,” Lemieux stated. “He’s a proven leader who understands our customers, our business, our values and above all, our people.”
“I’m honored to take on this new role,” Bardellini stated. “I’ve been fortunate to work closely with Dan for many years, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation he’s created.”
