Project Shakespeare will present “Speak the Speech – Monologues and Scenes from Shakespeare’s Greatest Plays” Friday, July 18, at 6 p.m. and Saturday, July 19, at 1 p.m. at the Jaffrey Civic Center, 40 Main St., Jaffrey. Admission is free, with donations accepted at the door.

Directed by founder and director Deborah Shakespeare Thurber, with associate directors Benjamin Michaud and Lif Petrova, the production features students ages 10 to 18 performing scenes and monologues from “As You Like It,” “Hamlet,” “Henry V,” “King Lear,” “The Merchant of Venice,” “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” “Richard III,” “Romeo and Juliet,” “The Taming of the Shrew,” “Twelfth Night” and “The Tempest.”

The cast includes Counsel Chronopoulos, Emily Dugger, Tess Geana, Clover Heinzmann, Lillianna Helsel, Eleanora Kishinevsky, Ariella Leifer, Lachlan Linn-Boggs, Henry McDonald, Benjamin Michaud, Lif Petrova, Miranda Pipitone, Calem Raine, Kaiah Raine, Amelia Rosbach, Jem Russell and Esme Tavares.
