Monadnock Folk Music presents Goodnight Moonshine on Saturday, July 12, at 7 p.m. at Bass Hall at the Monadnock Center for History and Culture, 19 Grove St., Peterborough.

The duo features singer-songwriter Molly Venter, a member of the Americana group Red Molly, and guitarist Eben Pariser, formerly of the roots band Roosevelt Dime. Together, they perform original folk music shaped by their backgrounds in jazz, blues and acoustic traditions.

Venter has performed at festivals in the United States and Europe and has written music featured in film and television. Pariser studied jazz at Oberlin Conservatory and has produced multiple studio albums.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 online and $30 at the door.
