Frankie Brackley Tolman will have an exhibit of her acrylic paintings in the Old Library in Nelson Village July 11 to 13. On Friday, July 11, there will be a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
Tolman taught at the Sharon Arts Center for 15 years before it closed, and has continued meeting with her students once a month for “Coffee and Critique” at either the Peterborough Town Library or at RiverMead. Her paintings have been accepted into numerous and local juried shows, and her work has been on the covers of two books and one CD.
She has achieved Signature Status in the New England Watercolor Society and the Rhode Island Watercolor Society.
