The Monadnock Folklore Society hosted the 29th annual Snow Ball at the Peterborough Town House on Saturday. The dance ran from noon to midnight, with hundreds of dancers of all ages filling the floor.

Musicians included Will Mentor with Stone Dragon, Steve Zakon-Anderson with The Dam Beavers, Lisa Greenleaf with The Red Case Band and Bob Isaacs with Noah VanNorstrand and Max Newman.

The Monadnock Folklore Society hosts public contra dances every first Saturday of the month at the Peterborough Town House. For information, go to monadnockfolk.org.
