Bennington celebrated the holidays all weekend with a craft fair and playground opening at Pierce School on Saturday, crafts, cookies and visits with Santa at the Bennington Fire Department, and a holiday tree stroll hosted by Bennington 4-H club.

On Sunday, the Bennington Congregational Church hosted the town’s eighth annual Live Nativity, which included a live sheep, goat, and infant. The Nativity was organized by Molly Eppig and Ann Trowe of the Bennington Congregational Church and was followed by a parade of lights hosted by the Bennington Fire Departments.
