John Humiston Post 11 American Legion in Jaffrey has received a $20,118.13 contribution from charitable gaming at Revo Casino and Social House in Keene.
The funds have helped the post improve accessibility at its building, including the installation of an aluminum ramp and ongoing work on a new elevator. Plans are also underway to make the bathrooms ADA-compatible.
Commander Tim Weston emphasized the impact of the funds, stating they are crucial in enhancing accessibility for veterans, particularly those with disabilities.
