An annual Poker Run motorcycle ride on Saturday in Jaffrey benefited the local Monadnock Sno-Moles snowmobiling club.

The ride began and ended at the VFW in Jaffrey, and included three stops along a 75-mile route, including a covered bridge in Greenfield, Massey Ferguson Tractor in New Boston, and Benโ€™s Sugar Shack in Temple. Along with raising funds for the Sno-Moles, the ride also included a food drive to benefit a local pantry.

The best poker hands were all straights. First place with a queen high flash was Damon Poor, winning $1,000. Second place was Dave Bilodeau for $750. Third place was Dean Cocchiara, winning $500. The 50/50 raffle winner was Nahum Ketola.

The ride collected two tote bags of food to donate to the food bank.

The event was sponsored by JDK Pavement Maintenance, DTS Automotive in Rindge, KG Performance Solutions in Fitzwilliam and Monadnock Disposal Service in Jaffrey. The Nero Wealth Group in Rindge sponsored the live music, provided by Jesse Nero.
