Dublin Public Library, 1114 Main St., will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 5.
Attendees can learn about the library’s 24/7 access, resources other than books, Anywhere Access and programming. Library officials will share 2022 survey results and the process in developing a strategic plan, along with what has been done so far. People will be able to see the new setup in the Program Room, find out what’s happening around the Art Restoration Project, take a story walk and view the calendar for upcoming programs.
People can participate in a contest for the best DPL bumper sticker. Submission guidelines are available at dublinnhpubliclibrary.org. People can submit designs, review the contenders and see the winner at the open house. Stickers will be available for all residents in the new year.
For those interested, the library will be asking people what roles they might want to play. The library is looking for trustee alternates, program advocates and others who can help drive community engagement.
